Mo wire’s application and features:
Mo wire can be divided into spraying Mo wire, electric light source Mo wire, wire cut Mo wire and heating furnace Mo wire.
Mo wire for wire cutting is used for cutting various non-ferrous metals, steel and magnetic materials.It has the characteristics of high strength, good discharge performance, high surface finish, fast cutting speed and long life.
The surface of spraying Mo wire is covered with graphite. After removing the graphite, it has a metallic luster. It can be used for fine spraying on the surface of automobile wear parts and mechanical wear surfaces to enhance the wear resistance.Compared with other Mo wire, the common sizes are D3.17mm, D2.3mm and D1.59mm.
The electric light source Mo wire is mainly used as filament support and tungsten spiral core wire.It is characterized by uniform diameter, good straightness, high strength, stable performance at high temperature, and certain flexibility.
The heating furnace Mo wire is mainly used as the heating element of industrial electric furnace, its diameter specification is thicker than that of electric light source Mo wire, and its high-temperature performance is an important quality index.
